About the Project

            N64 Preservation Project strives to preserve your old Nintendo 64 cartridges that may have failed over the years.  Often times what can happen is the boards in your cartridge games can break overtime.  There are many instances where the rom chips themselves are perfectly fine, but the connections in the boards around them can fail due to age. If this happens either the boards can be repaired by soldering wires to bridge the broken connections or they can be put into a working donor board.  Up until now, if a donor board were to be used, this would mean sacrificing an already working game in order to get the working board.  Now with N64 Preservation Project, you can get brand new, specially designed N64 cartridge donor boards that fit directly into your original Nintendo 64 cartridge.  You can either download the Eagle CAD files from my site and have them manufactured yourself or you can buy pre-made ones from me directly.
